Cost:

$100 Application Fee (one-time)

$25 monthly membership subscription

$25 / hour individual office reservation (based on availability)

$60 / 3-hour block individual office reservation (based on availability)

$200/month for half weekday reservation(4 hours) every week of the month (equivalent to $50/day, 12-month commitment, based on availability) Additional half days can be purchased for $50 each based on availability.

$300/month for one full weekday reservation every week of the month (equivalent to $75/day, 12-month commitment, based on availability) Additional individual days can be purchased for $75 each based on availability.

$800 /month unfurnished (a 12-month commitment based on availability)

$1000 /month furnished (a 12-month commitment, based on availability)
